Help Needed

In light of the latest "Developing your own recipe" class, I just wanted to find out what do you guys think go best with pandan and coconut. What can be the extra flavour that can be added?

The last thing I made with pandan and coconut was kaya on brioche with coffee.

Most recipes I know are sweet, so you could play with the CS 10 minute whipping syphon coconut and lime cake recipe with a crispy coffee bean brittle.

For savory, a coconut rice (puffed) with pandan chicken (SV finished on a grill) would be my starting point.

I really like yellow split peas, it's a fairly common chinese and vietnamese flavor pairing for desserts. I particularly like deeply roasted banana, split peas, coconut milk, and top with puffed rice.
