I didn't overtly set out to copy Brendan. Just looking at it now, it kind of reminds me of his plating style. Only sloppier. It'd be interesting to have a challenge to cook a dish in the style of another forum member, and then challenge back to the forum to choose who you were paying homage to.

I agree Brian, used to be I was reluctant to share "proprietary" ideas, recipes, what ever. Now my only rule is, if you improve on something of mine that I've shared, you have to tell me about it!
