Celebrated the kids birthdays yesterday. My son's request (which we built together) was oreo cookie ice cream. So, I made a chocolate oreo cookie ice cream cake and he helped me put a few of the home made oreo cookies on top in the shape of a lego (which is his favorite toy/activity at the moment outside of hockey).
