Raviolo al uovo (raw yolk) with sea Asparagus and morel fond... (Need to work on the plating i guess)
Zucchini florets filled with anchovies
Spinach salad with fresh figue (from mama's garden :-)
And my first "real" Kobe Beef to consume in Switzerland - the law changed some weeks ago, giving us the right to eat this fantastic Beef!
