Will need to be very fit next week (physically and mentaly) for a serious competition. That means a lot of sport and unfortunately not so "a lot of" unhealthy food.
So I started to work on plating the healthy things i'm allowed to eat and find that it's really good exercise for great menus when the diet is over. I will be working on ideas and share it with you.
