My wife and I had the pleasure of a 2-week honeymoon in Toscana seven years ago. We stayed at Fattoria Casa Sola, and had a wonderful meal at La Locanda di Pietracupa. Beautiful part of the world.

Simone, I’m not a professional chef,but I enjoy the Tuscan style dining and buying products at the marceto central for my and friends kitchen. While you can find milliards of solid good Tuscan Trattorias around the Ponte Veccio and the city center, most of them, inclusively the better restaurants cooking along the classic style, I wonder where those places hidden performing a more modern directed style of cooking.

Yes it’s beautiful there at any season of the year. I will mark the La Locanda di Pietracupa for my next visit.
