Fun day in the kitchen today. Ben, Reva and I are winding down on shooting content for the Sous Vide 201 Class. Finished up with time and temperature shot of turbot, yellowfin tuna, duck breast and composed dishes of each of those meats. Camp just laid around like a boss all day.
