hi! a couple of month ago i did the souffle recipe, and all in all it came out great, but i had a couple of issues, and im planning to do it again so i will need some help solving them. im going to attach a couple of pictures, and as you can see ive got cracks on the side of the souffle, and on some of them it seems like the top part thats outside the mold is breaking off from the part thats in the mold. any idea what causing these? air bubbles left in the base? it rose perfectly, and it was awesome but these things are bugging me.
