Souffle help needed

hi! a couple of month ago i did the souffle recipe, and all in all it came out great, but i had a couple of issues, and im planning to do it again so i will need some help solving them. im going to attach a couple of pictures, and as you can see ive got cracks on the side of the souffle, and on some of them it seems like the top part thats outside the mold is breaking off from the part thats in the mold. any idea what causing these? air bubbles left in the base? it rose perfectly, and it was awesome but these things are bugging me.

Sorry, not much help here, just wanted to say those look great! Maybe air bubbles? Maybe pull it from the oven a little sooner? Sorry I can't help but hopefully this post will result in more!

Nice rise on the soufflé! Are you cooking in a oven with a strong convection fan? Its possible the fan is pushing the soufflés over, causing them to crack. Its very important that they have zero resistants during the rising stage. Good luck!

yeah, if i remember correctly i did use the covection fan, next time i do the normal no fan setting. is there any other reason it might crack?

I can't think of any other reason. When I was working on the recipe in all my trials I never ran into that problem, I was using a small cheap Waring oven with very little airflow. You are getting a perfect rise so it doesn't look like there is any problems with your technique in making the batter.
