Class on bread?

HI!
so im started to get into bread making, and noticed that a couple of people already asked for a class on bread some time ago, so i would like to see your view on all things bread. i know that modernist cuisine is coming out with a book on the subject but thats far away, so is it possible to put it in the bucket of ideas?

We have tossed the idea around here and there. A class on bread would be such huge undertaking and the moment we have no plans to do so. We have a few bread recipes on the sight already. We will likely continue to release more in a modular manner. We will definitely consider doing a more comprehensive class in the future! Cheers

I am SOOO in agreement with this suggestion, Patrik. As Ben explains below, we may not do a full-on class about bread-making, but we'd love to release some bread content in the near future. Are there particular kinds of breads you're most interested in? Baguettes and boules, or more like sandwich-style breads? Or something else? (Or all of it?

yeah pretty much all of them, when i want to learn something i pretty much want to know everything

but sourdough bread would be awesome

I would like to see some recipes on unleavened bread - roti, lavash and other crackers. A take on a goat curry roti would be nice.
