since I am visiting your site I have bought a smoker (BBQ class) and a sous vide circulator (Sous Vide class). I am an amateur who loves cooking for friends and family.
Hereby my diner last weekend; everything sous vide: shrimps with lemon, herbs and avocado; sea bass on a risotto with goat cheese cream, baby fennel and apricot, pork belly (after 30hrs SV, also a couple of hours on the smoker), and 3 types of beet (pickled, roasted and smoked) and the deer steak Rossini with vegetables.
