I've been working at ChefSteps for quite a few months now, which means I'm making about three cappuccinos a day on our awesome La Marzocco machine. It's been a real uphill battle. As soon as I get good at one technique, there's another to learn. Our espresso class helped tremendously. Today, magic kind of happened for me. I know it's not much, it's not even great, but for a small moment, I didn't feel ashamed of my coffee.
