Everyone gets a tiny bit of truffle. That is all.

Just over 6g each. I was trying the get Burgundy truffles and make it rain, but all the places I tried were out of stock. Surprisingly I found white truffles in stock. Lucky my wife was with me and authorised the purchase.

While it may not seem much, the aroma in the dinning room, from the closed container holding the truffles is wonderful.

I picked these up at Eataly in Chicago (I live in Dallas TX), because I was there. I did hand pick through every thing they had as the sales person didn't know the difference between good and compost.
