My first time cooking a pork chop sous vide; without a doubt, it's the best way. Last time I tried to cook a chop, it was an absolute disaster. The carrots were absolutely wonderful.
Romesco was also delicious, but too salty for my palate. If you're making at home, I'd recommend either half or less the recommended amount of salt.
