Long time stalker, I dont post much, but I am a huge fan of the site and the forums.
I was hoping people wouldn't mind providing some input.
I got ahold of a piece of uncured pork jowl and I need to get it out of the freezer.
Ive been balking on it since I've never used it before and I badly do not want to mess this up. If you have any ideas please let me know, or links, or anything.
Im getting hungry just thinking about it.
