In retrospect I should have taken photos.......of fish and chips (quite frankly, they were amazing!) I did a hybrid of CS+ISOP beer and vodka batter, which.....got stuck in the siphon before the last batch of fish. I emptied the siphon......or so I thought.....then........well let's just say Alinea's truffle explosion has nothing on me. I even had the siphon aimed down in the sink and........well, I looked like a an albino daffy duck after he gets he beak shot off, the ceiling and part of the kitchen wall ended up with a new splash-like background and I stood there looking like a guy sent out for feminine products for the first time. Oh how I wish the dog would have been by my side (picture a beagle with batter :-)..). The clean up didn't take too long and the only thing that keeps me wondering is how good the fish and chips would have tasted if we didn't have to clean up beforehand, because the were da$% good!
