Butter fluid gel

Is it possible to make a butter fluid gel? Or even a butter gel? How?

You can do a butter gel but you have to start out with water, hydrate your hydrocolloids, and then add butter and emulsify. I haven't tried doing a fluid gel, but it's probably possible. The first clip in this video has Heston Blumenthal and Harold McGee discussing butter gels.
