It is frozen swedish style meatballs from the store (I was lazy) panfried and glazed with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, Shaoxing wine, sugar,sesame oil, cayenne and finally just rolled in sesame seeds, the rice is just rice in a cooker with turmeric and smoked paprika.
