So, while doing a quick shop, I picked up some chicken breast with skin on and transferred the skin to the roulade with stuffing presented previously. Served with a quick chicken stock reduction and nutmeg sauce and the reviews were very positive (yeah!). About egg roll size and a possible option if wanting to have more flavors in the Thanksgiving meal while maintaining tradition.....with a twist.
