Lack of communication played to our advantage with too many bananas in the house (which is very rare). Made pressure cooked bananas of which I also made a banana/hazelnut praline gelato and Nick's banana bread. It was met with resistance due to the freeze dried bananas, but it won them over in one bite. :-) Moist and flavorful! Pockets of FD banana is really a treat! Oh, and ridiculously easy!!!! Highly recommend!
