Quick note: We're working on a really exciting piece of Pressure Cooker content that we hope will answer a whole bunch of questions all at once. For now, we're refraining from putting together an entire class, mostly because the questions we've gotten can be best answered with a single (awesome) video, some supporting text, and our legacy recipes. So keep your eyes peeled on November 18th, and then let us know what else you'd like to see!

This reminds me...

The spring on the pressure valve of my kuhn rikon seems a little, err, not springy. Any idea where I can get a replacement? I wish I could buy a bag if these things and replace them more frequently.

This is a none answer, but I too have wondered why they don't do larger bags of the durables. Presumably because of the astronomical mark-ups they make per sale of individual items and some people would split the bags and sell them on.

For what it's worth the actual factory shop attached to the plant is supposed to be cheap and sells spares for every item ever made. But you just have fly to Switzerland and get the train over there! :0 (
