Allright! Now we are going to get a bit crazy. Last nights dessert whit a bit of everthing.
It´s vanilla/lime panacotta whit rubarb-gel, brunt-butter muffin on burnt-butter maltodextrine powder, rubarn-sorbet on candied whitcholate (really recomand this as decoration), Italian-meringue

and som berries (blackberry and wild strawberries) And pickled rubarb.
