This is an oldie, or well from this summer. Really happy whit the plating:)
Its Yoghurt-Strawberry mousse lots of different berries and micro greens, rasberry sorbet on whit-chocolate maltodextrine powder.
Kind of a celebration to Swedish summer and super fresh.
