Fried everything

Chickfila style fried chicken on a pan roasted cauliflower steak with a parmesan cauliflower puree and pickled radish. Also chicken fried chicken skin with picked thyme,Tabasco,and agave syrup powder. Probably my new favorite snack food.

Nah, it's just my rub to play on their spicy chicken flavor. I wish I had a pressure fryer

Double dipping and using a second coat that has some extra liquid in it to make it kind of shaggy
