see picture and video, it's a mixture of moscato, vodka, and fruit juice but the interesting part is how it "shimmers". How does this work? I've researched it a bit and found this statement: "The material and mineral itself is similar to the material you see in wedding icing or jelly beans" some kind of shellac?
