Would be interested to hear how you prepared/roasted the cauliflower. Cooking them tomorrow!

Oil, salt, pepper, maple and then just mixed, tossed in a 425F oven, stirred and mixed with a little vinegar at the end and finished at 450F, last but was just because I was holding dinner warm.
