I'm a year+ sous vide owner but admittedly do mostly meat and eggs with it. I'm giving one to my mother for the holidays, who, while not vegetarian, would definitely find it most interesting with some vegetarian starter-recipes.
What do you guys recommend we try out? What vegetable taste or texture can you not get any other way? Or maybe we should do some sort of fruit or infusion.
