It was a mix of fresh basil, fresh parsley, fresh dill, oil, lemon, vinegar, salt, pepper, a bunch of green onions, water, blended with Xhantan
The lamb was a boneless leg of lamb roast that I usually cut along the leg and divide into 3-4 smaller pices, 54C for 3-4h, then seared with a Bernzomatic.
