I'm trying to come up with a recipe for a competition using coffee and/or tea extracts. Anyone have any creative ideas?

Ice cream is always a go to with beverages for me .. Mini donuts with mocha ice cream .. Hmmm

- Cold infuse earl grey tea in milk and use that to make your latte.

- Tea infused posset with coffee pearls.
