Coffee Butter Venison

Thanks for the advice earlier from a few folks here. Ended up with this and it was fantastic:

Coffee butter venison 128.5, celery root puree, sauteed chantrelles, asparagus, charred leek and miso puree, carrot gel, hawaiian black salt.
