Im a Dane and naturally in Sweden once in a while - but never had the 'courage' to go full in on a 'korv med mos och räksallad' - but I promise you that next time in Sweden I will try!

In Gothenburg and Malmoe I think a korv special is even more common. Bun, dog, mash and shrimp salad - I grew up in Stockholm so every now and then I get nostalgic for a tunnbrods rulle. The other oddity we have is Boston gurka, relish mixed with Mayo.
