Ultra tex and xanthan

Hi I am used to working with xanthan gum but i never used ultra tex. I read a bit and found they have very similar properties. Should i start using ultra tex or stick with xanthan? Is one better than the other for specific tasks? Please help me out, any explanation or clarification is greatly appreciated!
