Spherification flavorful liquid suggestions?

I know that I'm getting a spherification kit as a Christmas gift so I'm starting to prep what I want to try making with it. Since I've never done any of the spherification methods, I'd prefer to stick with some very simple liquids so that I'm not trying to do two new things at once.

Anyone have some suggestions for simple liquids that are fun and turned out well? I'll post pictures of anything I make

Well, the most easy, and basically where it all started with, is cantaloupe juice. Just blend a cantaloupe with a little bit of water and add either the alginate (for caviar) or the calcium (for reversed spherification).
You can try it with mint tea too. Mint tea caviar with chocolate turned out very nice.

Sorry, should have mentioned that I was asking having read through the class. They only give 3 "flavorful liquids" and only one of them I could readily due without acquiring more tools (a juicer) or specialty ingredients. Just looking for some simply liquids others may have used that will be fun for my first experiments.

the technique is the same no matter what juice you use. just substitute their choice of liquid to yours, or you can start with simple fruit juices to get you started.
