We have here regional drink called "podpiwek" its drink based on malt which generate a lot of CO2. Its highly carbonated drink. In every source i read its written - not pasteurized avaliable to drink for next week.
I want to do it once a month and keep in cold basement.
Will pasteurization stop yeast processes? and if its highly carbonated, will pasteurization make a little bomb from bottles due to expansion of gases caused by high temperature? How to bite it to make it work?
Mixture base on fermentation of malt grains by adding sugar and yeast
