In getting things ready for Christmas dinner, I realised (not that it matters) that I have no idea what to call this shape of pasta. It seems a ridiculous question, but such a simple shape should have already been named, hah.
What is it? I made a tortellino without any adjustments, just the triangle because I thought it would look awesome stood up in a row like soldiers. (Yeah, they're uneven... It's home cooking, I was drinking, I'm Allowed!)
