...i had time and i made my version of 40°C salmon, with some recipies from CS. So the plate is assembled from Salmon 40°C(CS), pickled red baby onions, herb oil, horseraddish cream(CS), parsnip chips and baby salads(young bettrot leaves, rocket...). What you think about the dish?
