mole poblano

I've been messing around with mole poblano recipes and can't find one I love. Anybody got a well-loved recipe? Best case it's got raisins & chocolate for sure.

I often skip the turkey and use water so I can serve it to vegetarians as well. I also find the bread unnecessary.

Just whatever you do, do not burn the chiles.
