Carnivorous non-gourmet evening. Smoked BBQ beef ribs and Chicken wings (buffalo wing, korean, BBQ and siracha) with celery root coleslaw (spin on Heston's celeriac roulade). For desert, crack pie.....the picture is actually from Xmas desert- flower pot tirimasu inspired by Heston (somewhat last minute) with a frangelico cheesecake Christmas tree.
