Love the pasta presentation. I once had a video tutorial for spinning a nicely-rolled and orderly pasta presentation like that, but can't find it. Any tips?

I just threw everything in a big stainless steel bowl, picked out a few strands with a roast fork and tried to straighten the strands with my other hand while twisting, I did end up plating a bit too much pasta I think.
