Was not pleased with the egg toast, but will play with some seasonings. Egg slightly overdone but, playing with my steam oven and eggs for the first time

I've been meaning to try that egg toast. How was the texture?

The texture was fine... I used the 1 gr per yolk baking powder for a lighter texture. Just not a lot of flavor with only salt. Tons of potential though.
