I know, useless without a picture...but I have to say...made the chocolate and mustard stew last night. It was really delicious. I was a little worried about the amount of chocolate after reading the comments below the recipe, so I cut it in half (used 70% cocoa). Plenty of chocolate flavor there. Awesome recipe...under 2 hours. Perfect for a cold, winters night. Great use of pressure cooker. This will become part of the regular cold weather rotation.
