This was my appetizer special the other night and i was quite happy with it .. I gently seared the tenderloin, sliced it thin .. For the ice cream i used sour cream, 35% cream, horseradish, black pepper vodka and some lemon..
I served the dish with root veg chips ( beet parsnip, carrot, purple potato and sweet potato ). Tasted great ... Cheers chefs
