I'm from Texas, there is something other than meat and potatoes on the plate - this is vegetarian.

Tim you can get vegetables in Texas? When I lived there it was ribs ,Rib eyes, pork of every kind, bacon (which I believe Texans recognize as its own food group ) venison, duck and quail. The closest thing I ever got to a vegetable was a fresh corn taco (filled with calfs brains and it was incredible). I loved every mouthful of my two years there.
