Salmon wrapped in prosciutto, with lentils

Salmon fillets sous vide with thyme and olive oil at 50c for 35mins, wrapped in prosciutto, and seared to crisp. Served on puy lentils with spinach, lemon, whatever herbs I had, and seasoned yoghurt.
