Need a good bread loaf recipe

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone had a very fluffy but dense recipe for a bread bowl that will hold piping hot chilis and soups etc. as I am going old school and want to do some comfort food, any suggestions would be great !

You mean hard crust but easy to scoop out insides? That'd be something you bake

at high temp and that proofed fairly actively. Something like this might be a good start -
