A ham and pea soup made out of a recipe in the book Heston at home. I really like the recipes that are in that book and this have to be one of the better ones according to me!
Some peas in the bottom, boiled gammon on top of that, a couple ladles of soup and some mint oil drizzled on top served with bread and cheese.
