I just got a 1kg Entrecote Roast part, already vacuumed from the butcher (my vacuum device doesn't work properly) for the first sous vide beef

How long should i sous vide it? if we like it medium rare?
I thought about 58° Celsius for 6 hours (58° from the steak chefsteps table and 6 hours from the beef roast recommendation)
