I always get a kick out of how many, many dishes are variations of brown with brown. What did you think of the AB microwave caramelized onion recipe?

It takes longer than expected and these went from needs a bit more to 3 mins later, chewy dry onions. I'm use to the stove top so I thing I'll stay there.
