Fajita, Buffet Style

I hosted the winter meeting of the Rhodesian Ridgeback club I belong to (TVRRCOT) and provided chicken and beef fajita, buffet style.

Mexican rice and pinto bean puree.

Peppers and Onions.

Lime and chipotle beef and nopales, with plain chicken.

A selection of hot sauce.

Not shown corn and flour tortillas, guacamole, crema Mexicana, chili con queso and roasted salsa.
