Service for 8 kept me pretty busy. Guests arrived at 5:30. Service started about 6:30 with scallops in the kitchen. We finished up about 11:00. Pics were from my phone of my own plate, so not necessarily the best, but at least I got all of them.

I think my favorite was the Fennel Soup. Everything was good though. Not always the case when you try to pull together 8 dishes you've never made before all at the same time. A couple components didn't hit the plates, but overall I felt I managed the flow pretty well. Feedback was positive, so I've got that going for me.
