I am about to embark on the sous vide pork belly recipe, but I am basically cutting it to one fourth. My small piece of belly weighs 750g. I have used the pink salt before in many other recipes, but looks like I will only need a gram+ for this one. My scale will not accurately measure one gram. Can someone with a scale tell me what 1/8 of a tsp. weighs?
